I'm Joanna Tompkin, Sr. Commercial and Residential Loan Consultant with Guarantee Mortgage Corporation. What sets me apart from so many others in the mortgage industry? Through post graduate studies and consummation of substantial real-estate transactions, I achieved the professional designation, Certified Commercial Investment Member, (CCIM). Many recognize this as the "doctorate" of Commercial Investment Real Estate. During my 17 years in the real estate business, I've been able to engineer stellar deals in the hospitality and apartment industry. This knowledge and experience enables me to offer a full range of independent, nationally-based wholesale lending products to businesses, investors, and to individuals.
