I'm Robb Severdia. I'm a Senior Loan Officer and branch partner for Guarantee Mortgage Corporation. I have been in the mortgage industry since 1997 and in the financial industry since 1991. I have a vast knowledge and ability to analyze a borrowers needs allowing me to specifically design the appropriate way to finance a property for a first time homebuyer to the highly sophisticated investor and everything in between.

Outside of work I enjoy windsurfing, biking, many snow sports and investing in real estate.
